Weare legion announces tryout dates

The Weare Post 65 Senior and Junior Legion teams will hold tryouts for the 2019 season June 2 (Sunday) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at John Stark Regional High School in Weare.
The season runs from mid-June to the end of July. The Junior legion schedule could extend into the first week of August. A minimal fee will be required for those who make the team.
Players from the following schools are eligible to try out for the Senior program (19U): Goffstown, John Stark and Hillsboro-Deering. If you attend a private school and live in one of those school districts you are also eligible. The Senior team will play its home games at Saint Anselm College and is scheduled to participate in two Showcase events.
Players who attend John Stark, Goffstown, Hillsboro-Deering, Hopkinton, Pembroke, Concord, Merrimack Valley, Bishop Brady and Conord Christian are eligible to try out for the Junior team, which will play its home games at Hopkinton High School.
