Outlook/Coach’s Comment: “The John Stark baseball program is coming of the school’s most succesful season in its history and looks to maintain being a contender in a wide-open Division II this season. Senior co-captains Brady Philibotte and Austin Hazzard are both New England College commits and are excellent all-around players who provide a major offensive threat. Senior Alex Moore moved from Viginina in 2020 and will provide an excellent bat in the lineup, with good defense and pitching. Junior Nathan Innerfield is coming off a Third Team All-State season as a freshman in 2019 and will be the team’s leadoff hitter and starting center fielder. He will also see time on the mound. Seniors Cam Bergeron, Ben McKean, Cooper Rivers and Evan Lamphere should provide some great depth in the lineup. We expect some of our junior talent to step up as well, but won’t know our full team until after tryouts, which started on April 5th for our cohort of schools.”
