Yoder, Rochester blank Exeter

Zephan Yoder pitched a complete game to lead Rochester Post 7 to a 5-0 victory over Exeter Post 32 on Tuesday night at Phillips Exeter Academy. Yoder struck out two and walked one.
Trevor Cormier and Aiden Locke each had two hits for Post 7, which scored a run in the first inning, two in the fifth, one in the sixth and one in the seventh.
Parker Sweitzer had each of Exeter’s three hits.
Portsmouth sweeps Salem
Elliott Miles collected two hits and had three RBIs as Portsmouth Post 6 completed a doubleheader sweep of Salem Post 63 on Wednesday with a 7-4 triumph in Game 2.
Post 63 received two hits from Dom Toscan0 and two RBIs from Brady Rickenbach. Paul Armstrong reached base three times (hit and two walks).
Sebastian Lampert had a hit and two RBIs as Portsmouth won the opener, 2-0. Jason Pinsonnault pitched a complete game and limited Salem to five hits.
Toscano had two hits in the loss. Jack Quinby limited Portsmouth to three hits and one earned run in six innings.
