Coach’s comment: “Gilford returns all but two players from last year’s roster and will be led by seniors Ryan Folan and Drew Smith both on the mound and at the plate. The duo is looking to build on a season last year where they feel like there is unfinished business. Helping on the mound will be senior Carson Anthony and junior Cohen Elliott. The offense will be led by catalyst sophomore Andy Taylor, a lefty speedster who lurks in centerfield for GHS, and power-hitting junior catcher Danny Fournier. The Golden Eagles have been working on details this offseason that hope to guide them to a deep run in the Division III playoffs.”
