Coach’s comment: With 10 first-year varsity players including three freshmen and two sophomores on this year’s roster, we’ll be a work in progress all season long. Zavier Lampert will be our leader both at the plate and on the mound, while Hugh Herter and Jackson Hooper had decent sophomore seasons a year ago. The rest of the lineup and pitching staff will most likely be in constant flux as we find out a lot about ourselves through the course of the 19-game regular season. Division I figures to be a no-days-off division once again, with a lot of the usual suspects at or near the top including Exeter, Londonderry, Pinkerton, Bedford, Trinity, and Winnacunnet.

Season Opener: Portsmouth is scheduled to open the season April 13 vs. Spaulding.
