Coaches comment: Ethan Imbimbo, Colin Jackson and Harrison Lendrum are the most experienced pitchers returning to what looks to be a deep staff. The Blue Hawks will count on returners in expanded roles and some promising newcomers for what has the makings of a solid defensive club. Garret Roberts, Colin Jackson, Rob Wirtanen and Brady Green return as offensive leaders. Exeter opens the season Monday at Timberlane.
New Hampshire Division 1 appears to be very deep and wide open this year, especially with the addition of Portsmouth, Goffstown and Windham. Pinkerton, Bishop Guertin, Bedford and Spaulding are among teams expected to contend.
