Mulcay powers SNHU

Redshirt-junior Dakota Mulcay (Goffstown) homered and drove in four runs for the second straight game, setting the program’s single-season home run record and leading the 14th-ranked and top-seeded Southern New Hampshire University baseball team to a 9-3 victory over third-seeded Molloy College on Saturday at Franklin Pierce University’s Pappas Field, as the Penmen punched their ticket to Sunday’s NCAA East Regional Championship final.

Graduate student Wesley Tobin (Portsmouth) pitched a complete game and raised his record to 4-1). Tobin surrendered seven hits, three walks and sruck out 10.
