High School Rankings

The Top 10 NHIAA baseball teams at the conclusion of the 2021 season.

1. Concord (17-4)
Division I champs won the title thanks in part to a no-hitter from Jonah Wachter in the championship game.

2. Winnacunnet  (18-5-1)
No team had more talent than the Warriors, who ran into a buzzsaw in the Division I championship game.

3. Londonderry (16-5-1)
The Lancers might have gone farther with a little more offense. Londonderry scored four runs in three tournament games.

4. Pinkerton (17-3)
Pinkerton’s season ended with a loss to rival Londonderry in the quarterfinals.

5. Portsmouth (16-3)
It was a rough ending for the Clippers, who turned in a lackluster peformance in a quarterfinal loss to Winnacunnet.

6. Keene (13-7)
The Blackbirds advanced to the Division I semifinals, where they ran into the eventual Division I champs.

7. Bedford (15-4)
Three of Bedford’s four losses came against Concord, including one in the quarterfinals.

8. John Stark (14-3)
The Generals punctuated their season by beating St. Thomas in the Division II championship game. The title is the first in the program’s history.

9. Hanover (13-1)
Hanover’s only loss came against John Stark in the NHIAA preliminary round.

10. Windham (11-4-1)
The Jaguars would have been ranked higher if not for an early exit from the Division I tournament.
