Little League: World Series schedule

Here’s the schedule for Day 1 of the Little League World Series. North Manchester Hooksett, the Northeast Regional champion, will open the tournament Thursday night (7 p.m./ESPN) against Torrance, Calif., the runner-up from the West Regional.

The Little League World Series features 16 teams (two eight-team brackets) and will use a double-elimination format. All of the teams are from the United State this season because of COVID restrictions.
