Coaches comment: “Our big question is pitching. We’re looking for Anthony Boomer to have a solid year on the mound. Alex Nichols, Zach St. Onge, junior Andrew Pearson and sophomores Nik Puffinburger, John Shea and Ethan Carter will all get some innings. I like our defensive makeup. St. Onge at short and Cushing in center both cover a lot of ground. Nichols and Boomer, both all-state players last year, will anchor the offense. Senior Brady Palmer, a newcomer to the sport, has shown a quick bat. Sophomore Ben Wood and senior Will Trowsdale give us some depth at a number of positions. Winnisquam is scheduled to open the season April 12 at Fall Mountain.

“New Hampshire Division III will be strong. Monadnock, Belmont, Gilford, Campbell, Conant, White Mountains, Berlin all have strong teams.”
