Tides supporting Ceppetelli Scholarship

The Northeast Tides baseball club has announced a summer of 2023 awareness and fundraising campaign that will benefit the Drew Ceppetelli Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
Ceppetelli grew up in Barrington and lost her life in a car accident on Thanksgiving Eve, 2022. At the time of her passing, Ceppetelli was a few weeks shy of graduating from Salve Regina University in Newport R.I., with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.
Ceppetelli was also preparing to play her final season of varsity college softball at Salve Regina and had been recently named a team captain. Ceppetelli’s parents established the memorial scholarship in December to honor her name and legacy.
Ceppetelli’s family has stated that her legacy will continue to live on through the level of mindfulness she practiced, the kindness and love she displayed towards others as well as the radiant energy that permeated towards everyone that had the benefit of being around her in any capacity.
