Coaches comment: “After graduating just two seniors, Belmont returns a young core that paced them to a 11-7 record in 2023. With just one senior on this year’s squad, Belmont will look to develop its young newcomers while tapping into the experience the team gained through its quarterfinal run last year. Leading the charge on the mound will be junior Anakin Underhill and sophomore Wyatt Divers, who combined for 77.2 innings, 83 strikeouts, and a 2.17 ERA in 2023. At the plate, the Raiders will rely on Owen Waldron (’22 2nd team All State), Hutch Haskins, Underhill (’23 1st team All State), Jaxson Embree (’23 1st team All State), Divers, Michael Collette, Brayden Townsend, and Eddie Rochenski. Freshmen Max Ryder and Wyatt Bamford as well as junior Keegan Martinez will look to contribute regularly while Brady Thurber, Nolan Lafrance, Cam Ouelette, Jack Crockford, and Danny Fournier will add depth while contributing to both the varsity and JV levels.

“As is always the case, Division III looks to be wide open. Monadnock, Campbell, White Mountains, Bishop Brady, Conant, Prospect Mountain, and Gilford should be among the top teams.”
