Coaches comment: “We’re hoping to rebound from a tough few years and earn a playoff berth. Ace Owen Nesbitt will anchor an inexperienced staff.  Hunter Spencer and Aiden Auger could fill out the rotation and be supplemented by several inexperienced but quality arms. We have the potential to score more runs this year, but there is also a level of inexperience with the lineup that remains to be seen how it will play out.  Nesbitt, Calero, Alfonso, and Darian Mercedes look to take the next step in their development and lead the offense.  Division I is loaded this year.  I’d expect Londonderry, Pinkerton, Bedford, Dover, BG, and Portsmouth to be contenders but there are 10-plus teams who could make a Final Four run.”
