Boucher limited Alvirne to a run on two hits in four innings to collect the win in Pinkerton’s victory over Alvirne. He struck out six and walked one.

Logan Casey (Alvirne)
• 
Casey collected two of his team’s three hits in a season-opening loss to Pinkerton.

Jackson Marshall (Pinkerton)
Marshall, a senior first baseman, homered, and scored twice to help Pinkerton open its season with an 8-1 victory over Alvirne.

Darian Mercedes (Spaulding)
Mercedes, Spaulding’s starting catcher, had two hits, three RBIs and scored a run in the Red Raiders’ 9-5 victory over Manchester Memorial.

Kosay Tanaka (Nashua South)
Tanaka had a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning as Nashua South opened the season with a 7-6 triumph over Goffstown.
