Pinkerton 11, Central/West 1

Pinkerton Academy scored four runs in the third inning and added five in the fourth to raise its Division I record to 5-0 by beating Manchester Central/West, 11-1, Sunday.

Leo Boucher limited Central/West to a run on one hit in 5.1 innings. He struck out four, but walked six. Jackson Marshall recorded the final two outs. Marshall also had two of Pinkerton’s nine hits. He walked twice, scored twice and collected two RBIs.

Tyler Marcoux had Central/West’s only hit. Manchester committed five errors and fell to 1-5 following the loss.

The Astros are the No. 1 team in the New Hampshire Hardball statewide Top 10.
