Rohloff, Exeter defeat Salem

Josh Rohloff pitched six innings to lead the Exeter Post 32 American Legion Baseball team to a 10-1 victory over Salem’s Post 63 on Monday night at Salem High School.

Rohloff limited Salem a run on seven hits, struck out seven and walked two. Nate Gallant pitched a scoreless seventh.

Exeter (4-5) scored a run in the third, six in the fourth and three in the sixth. Gallant, and Cam Snee each had two hits and two RBIs for Exeter, which also received two hits from Andrew Martin and Ethan Battles. Parker Sweitzer and Cam Moran each added a hit and two RBIs, and Seth Butler scored three runs.

Aaron Masson and Cooper Deschene each collected two hits for Salem (4-4).
