Coach’s comment: “The Panthers are a young team this year and are looking to put last season behind us. Grant McCubrey (P/OF) underwent Tommy John surgery this offseason and is out for the year leaving big shoes to fill both in the lineup and on the Hill.

“Division 1 is a dogfight every day; there are no days off. The strong pitching of Pinkerton, Exeter, BG and Londonderry should propel them to the top of the division. Merrimack has some tough players and should present a challenge to the top teams. Nashua North is coming off a fantastic playoff run and they have the potential to defeat any team on any given day.”
