Weare Nationals

League/Division: New England Independent Baseball League (NEIBL)/Varsity Division.

Other teams in league: Merrimack, Keene, St. Thomas, Salem, Hudson, Souhegan, Hollis/Brookline, Upper Valley, Londonderry, Weare, Kennett, Concord, and Oyster River.

Head coach: Dennis Pelletier.

Coach’s Comment: “Our team has quality pitching depth and that should be the strength of our club. Solid defense and good top-of-the-order hitting are key as well, but we will need the second half of the order to come up with some big hits to make us competitive. We are so thankful for the opportunity to play baseball this summer. Progress was slow and difficult, but we are here. Big thanks to Tom Walker and all the coaches who stuck through it and put all this together.”
