LOWELL, Mass. — UMass Lowell baseball coach Nick Barese has named the River Hawks’ captains for the upcoming season.
Seniors Alex Luccini (Hopedale, Mass.) and Brandon Fish (Londonderry, N.H.) have excelled during their playing careers at UMass Lowell so far and have now earned the opportunity to become captains for the 2025 campaign.
“We are fortunate as a program to have Alex and Brandon lead us into the 2025 season as team captains,” said Barese. “I can’t think of two more deserving, and high character student-athletes within our program.
