Rochester 3, Exeter 1

The Rochester Post 7 American Legion Baseball senior team scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to post a 3-1 victory over Exeter Post 32 on Tuesday night in Rochester.
Rochester’s three-run sixth inning featured RBI singles from Nick Adrien and Zach Hall.
Grayson Davis, Collin McGovern, Cam Morrill and Thad McConnell each collected a hit for Exeter (10-4), which scored an unearned run to take a 1-0 lead in the top of the sixth.
Alex Locke pitched a complete game to earn the win for Rochester (6-8). He allowed four hits and struck out four. Zach Hill pitched six innings and took the loss. All three Rochester runs were unearned.
The team will meet again Wednesday night at Phillips Exeter Academy.
