Team outlook/Coaches comment: “The random-draw tournament will make things interesting during the regular season. It gives coaches some flexibility in trying to figure out what works early on. Random draw could also create a lot of pitching advantages come tournament time.
“We will have a lot of new promising faces in our lineup this season. Our biggest concern is our lack of experience. We will need to find a way to win close games to be successful this season. Our success is going to be based on how we pitch and play defense.
“I expect Winnacunnet, Londonderry, Concord, Portsmouth and Exeter to be the teams that everyone is chasing this spring.”
