MANCHESTER — The Saint Anselm College baseball team dropped both ends of a Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader against Bentley on Monday at Sullivan Park.
After a seven-inning 10-7 loss, the Falcons (5-3, 5-3 NE10) picked up the doubleheader sweep with a 9-4 nine-inning victory over the Hawks, who fell to 5-7 overall and to 1-5 in league play. Saint Anselm returns to action Wednesday for a 6 p.m. non-conference road contest at Franklin Pierce.
Avery Mosseau, a sophomore from Bedford, tossed three scoreless innings of relief in Game 1. He had one strikeout.
Exeter’s Kyle Maurice led the offense with a 2-for-2 performance, driving in a team-best two runs and collecting two walks.
